There are now a number of ways that you can access health services provided by the practice, the primary care network and the NHS Frimley Integrated Care System.

Patient led self-referrals.

We offer a range of self-referrals for women’s health, mental health, sexual health, musculoskeletal conditions, and more. Please take a look at the following link to see if there is a service in the area to meet your needs.

These services are available without a GP practice appointment, and enable you to access care faster and more efficiently.

Community Pharmacists

All pharmacies in the region offer consultations on minor ailments from allergies to cold and flu symptoms.

You can contact your local pharmacist directly for this service.

Online Consultations

If you have online access via a mobile or computer, you can send the practice an online consultation. The online consultation service enables you to submit either a non-urgent medical query or an admin request.

Hospital Referrals

If your concern is regarding a referral to a hospital, please contact the appointments team at the specific hospital. We do not offer a booking service for secondary care appointments.

If you have not received an appointment for a two-week-rule referral please contact the practice secretary.

For all other queries, we offer a range of face-to-face and telephone appointments with one of the clinicians. You can call the practice on 01276 62622 during our opening times, or book online or in person.

Appointments can be booked with GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, clinical pharmacists, nurses and nurse practitioners.
